Improve Oxygen Supply
In response to COVID-19 oxygen access-related challenges, the Lagos state government plans to construct and commission an oxygen PSA plant. The plant is being installed to improve oxygen supply in the state. This plant will require a suitable housing building for the plant.

Schedule of work
Prepare and submit to the beneficiary a detailed schedule of the work that indicates the timing of the major activities of the work and provides sufficient detail of the critical events and their Inter relationship to demonstrate the work will be performed in conformity with the Contract time.

Share weekly progress report.
Advisory
Advise the beneficiary in writing of any revisions required to the schedule as the result of extensions of the Contract Time.
Project Budget
The project Budget shall include sufficient budget allowances in anticipation of cost adjustment that may become necessary and in order to control Project costs.
Equipments
The Builder shall provide the Equipment, documents required for the construction, all Builder's Personnel, goods and other things required for the design, execution, completion and remedying of defects as agreed by Parties.

Adequately catered for all construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures with respect to the Construction and for co-ordinating the various parts of the Construction under the Contract.
Successfully worked with Client assigned Consultant (Space & Scape Ltd) to ensure conformance to specification of the proposed Oxygen Plant Housing.
Completed the Construction of Oxygen Housing for PSA Plant within the record time of 11 weeks.
Completed Electrical Addendum Works with the record time of 2 weeks.
